Who is responsible
ElevaAI is the trading name of Saray Gomez, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For anything about your data, use the contact form on the Work with me page.
What I collect
When you register interest in a course or send an enquiry: your first name and surname, your email address, your LinkedIn profile, and if you choose to give them your phone number, location and role title, the courses or services you asked about, your message if you sent one, and the language you were browsing in. Nothing else, and no payment details.
Why, and on what basis
To email you when a course you chose opens, to reply to your enquiry, and to understand who the courses are reaching so that they fit that audience. Your phone number is used only if email does not reach you. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and which you can withdraw at any time from the link in any email or through the contact form.
Who handles it
Your details are received by Formspree, the form service that passes them on to me, and a copy is kept in private storage at Vercel, which also hosts the site. Neither may use your details for anything else. I do not sell or share the list.
How long I keep it
Course registrations: until the courses you chose have opened and you have been told, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Enquiries: only for as long as the conversation needs. If you ask me to delete your details I will do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you think I have got it wrong.
