When will the courses open?
Enrolment opens course by course. Register your interest on the courses page and you will be notified once when each course you selected opens. No payment or account is required.
What is the difference between coaching and advisory?
Coaching is for one person: your growth, your situations, your next step. Advisory is for a company: I work with the founders and leadership team of a small startup on how the engineering organisation should grow. Both start with the same free intro call.
Do I need a technical background?
For the courses, none. In coaching I work mostly with engineering managers and engineers stepping into leadership, though the leadership work applies anywhere. Advisory is for technology companies.
Who will I be working with?
Me. I am a Senior Engineering Manager at Synthesia with over eleven years leading engineering teams, and I still lead teams every day. ElevaAI is my own practice.
